I stopped by my B&M today. Some guy mentioned Drac and my ears perked up. A month ago they didn't think they'd get any, well today I saw they actually got in a few boxes of each. Unfortunately no Boris left, but I did get my hands on a Drac. Tried getting a few to send to you guys, but the B&M is enforcing a strict policy on one Drac per customer, which I respect. Sorry guy, I really thought of my BOTL's today.

Yeah I tried going back to the B&M that I got my 6 Dracs from to pick up some for a friend that couldn't get any and they just smiled at me and said that I already got my share. They were enforcing a 2 stick per a customer policy, after I got mine. I will try at another Drac release party, but I don't have the founds or the ability to wake up early the day after Halloween.
Boris is supposed to be a little more rare so I am going to assume that they are going to be harder to find. Pete Johnson has definitely pissed off a few cigar smokers but he has this marketing thing down.

I picked up 2 Drac and 2 Boris this evening from my local B&M. They still have a few left but they are limiting how many you can buy.

TampaHumidor is running a special with a Boris and a Drac plus 11 other Tats for $115. Mine came in and they look beautiful! Can't wait for a cool night to sit outside and enjoy the Drac.

We (Serious Cigars) are one of the "Unlucky 13" retailers
 picked by Pete to release the Drac and Boris. Both our B&M and the web side of our business has and will hold off selling these until 10am Central Time (we're in Texas) on October 31st.We have split our total allocation into 2 groups, with some for our web customers and others for our B&M customers. Our web customers can enter a lottery, the details of which are explained at our SeriousCigars.com web site. For our B&M customers, we are opening the doors of our Serious Cigars Champions store at 6608 FM 1960 West at 10am on October 31st (tomorrow) and sales of these cigars will be first-come, first-served with a max of 1 box per customer. There are no phone orders and we will not even be answering the phones on Saturday morning. We feel this is a fair way to handle the sales of these great limited edition cigars. We're expecting a bit of a crowd tomorrow morning as these go on sale at our Champions store, and if you want to watch the fun and action, we're going to be streaming live video via the web starting at 9:30am. You can find the link to the web stream at the top of our Serious Cigars web site. So be sure to tune in if you can't make it in person. PLEASE NOTE: Our Serious Cigars Galleria Store on Richmond Avenue will not be participating in this release. You must go up to the main store on FM 1960 in North Houston if you want a shot at these. They will have all the Dracs and Boris'. Thanks! |
