If you want a peppery cigar, I would try a Gran Habano Corojo #5 in a Pyramid. Its a beautifully made cigar and it should have the peppery notes you're looking for. For me, its a little on the stronger side, but its also very affordable at ~$3-5/stick at the online retailers.
