I also like the Consuegras. Neither is machine made (as far as I know), but both are nice cigars.

Re: Machine Rolled Anyone?
I hear the Connies are good, which is better? The reg's or the Dr's? Maybe I'll check out the Mr. B's, but I think at this point I've made up my mind to swing for the fence on my next purchase lol.

Re: Machine Rolled Anyone?
Those are dry-cured, no? Can you humidify a dry-cured smoke and expect it to taste good? I don't mean any sarcasm or snideness, but I've often wondered about the dry-cured's. From what I understand, the tobacco is fired in an oven and it never has to be humidified, but what would happen if you do?

Re: Machine Rolled Anyone?
Mr. B's are referred to as "made by hand." Who knows what that means? It is a reliable, if not particularly interesting smoke. Without the labels, your friends who do not smoke regularly will pronounce it a wonderful cigar.
I forgot about Consuegra. The are Villazon (Punch, ERdM, HdM, etc) Honduran seconds. A lot more flavorful than the Mr. B. Expect a couple of plugged cigars in the bundle. Or a couple that have a spongy feeling. Otherwise they taste like the premium brand. One of the local B&M's stocks #16. The #113 is a favorite, especially with a maduro wrapper. #84 is reportedly a Flor de Llaneza second. |

Re: Machine Rolled Anyone?
The Garcia & Vega English Corona was an okay stick for the money. Mostly nutty flavor, with a little bit a leather here and there. Good stick if you want something you can smoke and toss when you need to.
