Big Padron score

Hey all,

I am a relative newbie to the group here, but have been smoking cigars for over 13 years. I have a great love affair with anything Padron. Three cigars that were on my wish list I scored today. I was in Silo Cigars in knoxville today, and they happened to have the Padron 40 year, 80 year, and the 45 year in stock. Of course I spent as much on three cigars that I could have got a box of 3000's for, but now I just need the patience and a special event to enjoy by new found booty....Just thought I would share.

Scott

Nice pick-up Scott!

You may have bought a box of 3G's for that... But you probably wouldn't have enjoyed them as much as the ones you got!

Quality over quanity right???

Re: Big Padron score

The shop I frequent in Las Vegas has the Padron 1926's in stock and I bought one. I too am waiting for it to get a little age, but its right there on the top shelf begging me to smoke it. Since it's not a 80th or 40th, I might make it my Christmas smoke. It will have about 4 months on it then.

That's what I was thinking...couldn't pass them up. I only agonized over whether I should just get one of each or two....went with just one...

Re: Big Padron score

I've been a cigar smoker for forty years and a dedicated Padron smoker for five. Just picked up four boxes of the Family Reserve 45. They'll make me forget the Millenium, and that's hard to do!

Im a newbie to this group also. ive been smoking cigars for about a year now. Ive tried about everything. Rocky Ps, Padrons, Olivas, Padrons, JDNs, Padrons, CAOs, Padrons.......Get my point..I always come back to (what I consider) the best, most flavorfull, no frills cigars on the market..I love their basic olde time cigar flavor..The only problem I have with them is that I buy too many of them...

Its nice to be here..Forrest (the Gumpster)

Just so happens that there is a sale on Padrons for a pretty good price on CigarPlace. 10% off
