CI, awsome customer service!!!!!!!!
I just want to thank Jessica and the crew at Cigars International. Last week on thursday I got my new Xikar lighter. Over the weekend it stopped working, and the flame adjustment knob somehow feel off and disappeared. I called customer service on monday and they sent out a replacement free of charge. Got it today and I'm back to cigar smoking bliss. I will continue to do buisness with them, and wanted to give a shout on the exceptional customer service!

I have had the same great experience. I had one of their free xikar lighter not work and they offered to ship out a new one and sent me a return shipping label for a bad cigar cutter as well.

+ 1....my first order from CI (actually my first online cigar order ever) came with a few sticks with damaged wrappers. I took pictures (expecting that they might want to see proof) and emailed their customer service. The next day they pologized for the inconvenience and sent a whole new package out with a return slip. No questions asked and did not even ask for any proof whatsoever.
And on CBID...they sent my package out UPS Basic...which is a service that UPS offers where it hands off packages to USPS. I use a PO Box for USPS shipments and my street address for UPS (I spend a lot of time out of town so I don't even have a mail box at my house). USPS will not deliver if there is no mailbox. I emailed customer service. We gave it a few days to see if just by chance the package would arrive, but it didn't. They immediately sent out a new package and set my account to where UPS Basic would never be used again, which is what I prefer. Needless to say, I've been extremely impressed by their level of customer service. Idon't think I've received so much hassle-free customer service from any company ever! Especially online! |

They replaced some damaged Tatuaje for me with no problems. Very good CS.

They have better CS than most. I have been very happy with them. I have tried another company twice and both times it was the worst experience ever. Won't name names but for me CI, cheaphumidors.com, and Cigar.com have the best service out there in my experiences.
