53 degrees. Very pleasant. I am up late a lot. SF, gotta love visiting that town. A lot of good food and fun to walk around to see the sites.

That sound very nice. My wife and I did the B & B trip down the Oregon and California coast a few years back. It was fun. If you want any local info for the Portland area give me holler.

Hot here also, 81 according to the weather channel but that's at the airport and I am closer to Audubon Park so it's around 85 here. Makes it pretty miserable bar hopping.

Just got home, kind of sad that the first thing I did was check CS (kind of sad I got home this early alone).

I am actually heading in your direction in two weeks. Starting a roadtrip from New Orleans to Seattle then down the coast to Tijauna and then from Tijuana to Lynchburg, VA. Any pointers/tips on hot spots on the Left coast for four college students?

nahh, there's nothing to do here.....I'll be back in a couple of weeks...out of the country Sunday...back on the 30th..let me know what you want to do or see...I'm an old man..but I've got a daughter who knows allll the hot spots...she's too old for you...33! But I can ask her when I get back...

We've got a youngun with us (1 so it would have to be someplace he could get into. We'll be spending most of our time in Seattle and either San Fransisco or Sonoma. Good food (but affordable) and cigars can certainly keep us occupied and good bars are definately a plus. This is my first trip to the West coast. I've kind of been spoiled going to school in New Orleans and honestly don't know what to expect in the rest of the nation anymore.

This is one of those trips that celebrates the end of a very long, very rough year so anywhere that we can have some fun and not end up in prison for more than 48 hrs is an attractive option.
