Cigar **** with my new camera!
Here is a shot with my new camera. Canon EOS 30D with 24-70mm f/2.8L lens. Didn't have any time to mess with lighting or anything. I was also using a shallow depth of field. Enjoy, more to come! I will take some better ones when I have the time.

Super shot of those stogies! I use a Nikon D100 myself, but for macro shots I tend to use an HP Photosmart 927.

I am going to the camera store tonight with King James, I am going to pick up a tripod. It is a pain in the ass shooting with slow shutter speeds, low light, full zoom, and a tank of a camera. Will post more later.

Here is a picture I took this morning on my porch.
