I would have just ordered a couple singles and got 3 free graycliffs. yeah, its their f-up, but the 3 sticks are worth more than that. You can bet thats the last time they'd see my business though.

But in the end, they fixed it the right way. But theyd still never see my business again on principle.

They probably wised up cause of this thread i bet.

I've never had the desire to order from them, and now i for sure never will. I hope they read that too...

Well, I received the Professionales today, albeit 2 instead of the 3 I thought I was getting. Still, 2 for free ain't bad. I'm satisfied. End of the saga!
