Any good tres petits?

Hi all,
While smoking a Luis Martinez Silver Selection tres pc, I found I really liked the size (4.5 x 3. Although I wouldn't choose this vitola for relaxing home on the porch, I found it to be the perfect size for on the move, like at a busy bar or driving to work.

Does anyone have any recommendations for other smokes of this size, preferably mild-medium or medium bodied?

(Luis Martinez is a very nice smoke btw lol)

I've heard good things about the AVO Puritos (4x30).

Hi matey!

Have you considered the Jose L Piedra Petit Cetros (the JLP line is basically a very cheap cigar with basic cuban tastes-nothing to blow you away, but a good cigar nonetheless).
Thyre not everybody's cup of tea and they are machine made, but i really like the taste and guantanamera cigars and they do an easily available (in many UK tobacconists) Guantana Compay in this size.
Rafael Gonzales Panatelas Extras are very good quality for the price and are on the mild-medium size. check your PM for a good place to buy.
Fonseca KDT Cadetes also fit into this description although are less good, imo, than RG.
Quintero Pantelas fit into this category
The advantages of this vitola and many of the brands above is that they are all decent cigars and retail for very little (Quintero, JLP and Guantana all for less than £25 for 25)

N.B. Forgot to say-these are all cubans so might not be good advice for any US residents interested.

Wow, some great suggestions there, thanks. Its funny though, every one you mentioned I've been reading about today! I like the sound of the Rafael Gonzalez smokes, will have to give em a try. I thought the Jose Piedras were quite full bodied, but it was when I first started smoking cigars, and I think my palate has developed a little since. So may go back to them too.
Thanks

Re: Any good tres petits?

Never had the luis martinez tres petites, but I have had the robustos and churchills.

I reckon they're pretty good. (especially the churchills).

Back to the question.....try the cohiba siglo I.

oh by the way I've got some of the guantanemera compays - and i don't think they're quite what you're looking for (a bit too hot and bland I think)

Thanks for the advice. Yeah i thought the company's might burn a little hot, i think that's why i like the TPC, its small without being small enough to burn too hot.
