Ash Tray

What do you guys use for ash trays? I have been smoking without one for a while now, but would really like to get one.

what are your suggestions?

I really like the ones made out of wood, but don't know where to get them.

saw the review of it over in the review section. Although it is very durable and looks pretty, for some reason I don't like it.

I just got the Stinky Ashtray and Palio Combo and love them both. I have never used a real ashtray and once lit rarely set my cigar down. Its really nice to let it rest for awhile and free up my hands.

Another benefit is that it helps you keep to the "one minute rule" between draws. Makes a huge difference in the flavor of a cigar.

st0neski - check out the Prometheus Porcelain & Platinum ashtrays that I just put on sale! They are BEAUTIFUL! The pics don't do them justice at all.

Hope this helps

~Mark

ps - thanks for the kudos Todd!

Re: Ash Tray

I have a TTT Trinidad ashtray that I picked up at a local shop in a package with 5 Trinidad Robustos. They have a good deal on them at JR Cigars online. I think it runs about 25 bucks with the 5 robustos. The ashtray looks great! I have heard the Stinky is awesome, I am probably going to get the Stinky/Palio combo as well.

Same for me.

Very functional. I like that it is deep enough that I do not have to worry about even the gentlest of breezes blowing ashes all over the deck. It size allows for a few people to dunp their ashes inside with out any concern and the fact that it is made from stainless steel means I can leave it outdoors under the covered portion of my deck without worry. Also, the ash tray makes it very easy to set down the cigar.
