Waiting for SoCal X

It doesn't get any better than this.
Late this afternoon I had an opportunity to combine three of my favorite pastimes into one outing. I drove out to the pond 6 miles north of here and put out my chair, opened a beer(oops, maybe I better make that four favs) I threw out my line, turned on my ipod and tuned into one of my favorite podcasts and lit up a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990. Fishing, podcasts and a good cigar...it doesn't get any better. It was 100 degrees so I had to put down a few cold ones as the cigar took about 90 minutes-didn't catch a thing, but oh well.....there is always tomorrow.

You mean you actually want to catch fish... I thought fishing was an excuse for beer drinking and smoking cigars.
