Smoke tolerant countries...
Does anyone have any idea what countries still remain very smoke tolerant? I have heard that Russia is very smoker friendly, but I was wondering where else everybody has heard...Thanks!

I can say that Australia used to be very smoke tolerant...but the snti-smoking police have moved in. I used to go to a nice jazz bar and smoke a cigar on satursay nights, now you can't smoke anywhere indoors or within 15 meters of a doorway. That's in Tasmania, anyway.

I think Russia and Eastern Europe are very tolerant and cheap to by from but there is a high risk of fakes.

Most of Latin America is still pretty tolerant of smoking. Almost any restaurant or bar will let you fire up a stogie in Central America.
