Griffins Special X11

Saw this cigar at my local B&M the other day; a small perfecto that comes in a Glass Tube. The owner said it was new, but I did a small search on the internet and could find no information about the cigar. Picked up a couple anyway, but If anyone knows any info on these I would appreciate them sharing.

Must have missed that thread. Any chance you have tried one yet?

I had an XXI (last year's) that I really liked a lot. Keep thinking about buying more but haven't so far.

Tried one the other day, very smooth smoke along the lines of the Griffins robusto but slightly stronger.

I believe these cigars are a Special Edition for 2006 which explains why youve heard so little of them [just like the 2006 LE Monte Robustos and Cohiba Piramides]. Youll probably start to hear lots soon!

Tried one on Friday. Not bad, a little green. The 10 Pack Box goes for about 90 bucks an allright deal. Might buy the box and see what their like again when the 2007 edition comes out.

just finished a xxii. mild and very smooth. had the xxi yesterday which was not as smooth.
