Stogie Tracker ......Amazing!

I Just got this awesome program from LT Rich “Stogie Tracker V5.0” and tried it out and had to tell everyone about it. First of all it is an excel program, that is very user friendly. What it is used for is to keep track of how many smokes you have in each humidor, their names, their ages, their sizes, their country of origin, their rating you give the based on several factors, ect…. The program has 3 sheets within it, 1 tracks all of the stuff I just mentioned , the second sheet called “CS Reviews” is where your review and comments automatically go in a format that can easily be copied and pasted into CS review thread, a brilliant way of organizing and standardizing rating...Which if you know me, I have been attempting at this myself and now I am going to give all my ideas to LT Rich to incorporate into his program because it is literally almost ready to give to all CS members to use…Ahhh when someone’s cigar gets rated “8.43” that number will actually mean something!!!!! The third sheet mentioned has a list of all your humidors by number and pie charts to keep track of % full. This sheet also tracks things like the number of different smokes you have had, and pays special attention to Cubans as it tracks them separately. Sorry for such a long post, I just really think after while every CS member will be using this program….We need to standardize rating! And keeping track of your smokes couldn’t be more organized and easy to do. `This was not a paid advertisement` Thanks for letting me test this program for you, Post in this thread any additional comments I missed or maybe your plan to get this program out to the public.

It's a good idea on LTs part,But thats too much info for me.Takes fun out of it.Just my opinion(for what it's worth )...Dave

I don't think they are one in the same. The one being described here is in Excel, the Stogie Rate is a database application.

I would be very interested in getting a copy of the Excel version being described in this thread.

Nope, not the same. Anyone who wants to give it a try i would be more than happy to email them a copy of it. Just send me a PM with your email addy and it is yours. The only condition is that you give me ideas to improve it.
