Finally Got em in
After what seemed like a long agonizing wait, I finally got my box of cubans in on the hottest day of the year which sucks. Everything looks good accept the fact that the box was opened and the box doesnt shut flush but I will be inspecting them further and putting them right into my humi which is sitting at 73% and 68*.

Mine just came in today also. Same thing with the box being banged up. Do yours smell like a barn? Maybe its Hay? Whatever it is I can't wait to try one.

i have a few boxes that dont shut good..jsut have to relocate the nail to close it and you want them to be opened..that means they inspected it..

My hygro is only 1% off. I think the seal on my humi isnt the best even though the flashlight test reveals no leaks. Plus its been so damn humid here I dont think that helps any. The code on the bottom of the box says DIC05 but there is some writing in red on the green republica de cuba that reads HJ 140695. What might that be? I was thinking about letting them go in the freezer but decided not to since the temp in my humi is at 68* constant.
