Cheap daily smoke search: Comparable to Oliva, Vegas, Don Peppin

So looking for anyone with some knowledge on a cheaper cigar for daily-smoking that is light, sweet and along the lines of the Oliva Serie O, Vegas 5, Don Peppin cigars.

I'm not expecting a dead ringer for this class of cigar. The Vegas 5 can be had pretty cheaply occasionally when the eTailers have a sale on them, but the other two never near the $2 mark, so a box of those for daily consumption is out of the question. They stay for better occasions for me.

But, any recommendation that gets close to those would be great. I've been through cigar.com's house blends, and the Gordo (60 ring gauge) Purple is pretty on the mark, and I enjoy a few of cigarsinternational's house blends but the two I enjoy aren't this style.

I routinely scout other cheap-o sticks but honestly a lot of what I find are stinkers, not too surprisingly, and the ones I do really enjoy aren't at all light and sweet. Just looking for something on that end of the spectrum to balance out the others livlier cigars.

Light and sweet? And you're already an Oliva fan? You, sir, are in luck. Check out Flor de Olivas. They're a bundle cigar made by Oliva. Sumatra wrapper, lightly sweetened cap, mild-medium. Under $2 a stick. I love 'em. They also come in corojo, maduro, and connecticut wraps, but the original sumatras are cheaper and IMO better.

Gran Habano Vintage 2002 is also an excellent suggestion.

I am a huge fan of the gran habano vintage 2002s, very flavorful but I wouldn't consider it "light," definitely a little fuller. Not sure its what your looking for but its definitely worth trying if you hadn't, especially for the price.

When thinking about a milder, lighter smoke on a budget the Don Rafael comes to mind. They are inexpensive, smooth and tasty (actually what really started me on this hobby). I think they are even on sale right now on CI.

If you're looking to spend only $2 on a stick, I'd recommend checking out some of the short-filler and mixed-filler cigars, such as Don Pepin's Benchmade.

Famous Nicaraguan 3000 are good, you can get them cheap on sale. I also like the Nica Libre's from CI. Both are similar to some of the DPG made sticks. If you're patient and hunt around, you can find BrickHouse Robusto's for around $3.00 a stick. They remind me of a watered down My Father cigar. Very good for the price. The key with these sticks is rest. They need at least 3 months in the humi before consumption. Longer if you can manage.

Please tell me where you find the BrickHouses for 3 bucks a stick. Only ever found them at MSRP online, no deal sites. I think they're a great meaty, flavorful stick. Yes they aren't a MF, but I still enjoy them.

Like i said, you would have to hunt for them, I got a box early this year from Thompson cigar.... I believe they were 105 a box. had a 20% off coupon with free shipping. Ended up being 3.36 a stick. Famous and Thompson both send 20% off coupons via email regularly. I don't know if either sites currently have BrickHouse cigars in stock. Just google brickhouse cigars and start hunting.

Sorry brother, I misunderstood/misread your post. I thought you meant you could find them around 3 bucks (not needing a coupon/promo code). I didn't mean my post to be inflammatory, just was asking for a little help on finding a good deal and I shouldn't be posting when I'm not in a great mood.
