Well I am sure you will have a blast...like someone said before, Vegas is a Destination type vacation. Its one of those places where its impossible to stay on budget.

I'm heading there to end the year and ring in the new one and I'll be lucky to buy a couple Case Fuente cigars after the hotel sucks me dry. LOL

Re: Casa Fuente

Thanks to all the feedback from you guys, I'm developing a strategy.

As was suggested, I will stay away from the craps & roulette. In the past my gambling budget has been $300. So I will use that amount to purchase the items that I want to smoke, but really cannot find any other way.

I'm not going to get any $125. showpieces or the Anejo's which sometimes turn up in other places for less.

So now I'm thinking of trying a Flor Fina 858 SG. and if it's really fantastico buy a box. They normally retail for about $6, I believe. If Casa charges $8 or 9, it won't break the budget, and it's going to a good cause. The rest I might spend on some Hemi Work Of Art maddies, as I never can find those either.
Otherwise I will keep an open mind, see what they have and get a bit of this and that.

Before any of this happens, it will be lunch at Bertolini's.

BTW, do the T&A babes know anything about cigars? I mean do they - oh forget it, y'all have such lascivious mentalities...

In my experience, they have been reasonably introduced to the cigars that they carry at the Casa. However their best assets are clearly as eye candy.

Re: Casa Fuente

I've always wanted to try one of the Between the Lines....so that would be my vote.

(I think they'd have them there.)

Re: Casa Fuente

Come to Vegas, See the Sights, visit CF and tour the Forum Shops. The Casa is a nice tour and the help is an eyeful. Watch the prices and they DO have rare deals, but that term is relative. A BBMF is MSRP $125, or so many say. At times I've seen these for $60-70 at CF.

Enjoy the time, since the wife isn't going you don't have to worry over the other shops at the FS drawing her in!!!

I believe last time I asked Larry about this he said they didn't have any when he was there. He said he got some from another place in vegas, you might want to send him a PM about it.

PM received... For you other jungle dwellers, Davidoff at the Venetian had a very diverse and interesting selection of ridiculously expensive smokes. They had, as I remember, Opus, Ashton esg at $40.-, Padron '64 anni, also Padron 40th anni. Bought a few sticks, have them in my rarities box, have no plans to smoke any of them for now... Larry
