Okay, allow me to clearify a couple of things. First off, I got nothing against teenagers, I work with them, because I work store security for a large local store. Second, I spend my days taking shoplifters into custady, who REALLY don't want to go to jail. So it's not like I don't know how to rumble. I fact I have court tommorrow at 8AM for a case, and here I am still awake. Third, I think I showed an amazing amount of restraint. Forth, this kid wasn't spitting into the ashtray because he was an upright citizen. He was so high he couldn't stand without something to hold on to, hence clinging to the asktray. Fifth, why am I even bothering to justify myself to you?

I was a rent a cop for 16 years myself. Before that an MP and CID. And your point? Know how to rumble? Never think your the top dog in a fight till ya win the fight and it is over. That was a harsh lesson I learned the hard way. So now the teenager is high. A little info that might have been informative in the first post. Not that it really matters. I don't think I would want to put something back in my mouth that has been sitting unguarded in an outdoor ash can, even for just a minute or too. That is almost like leaving a drink on a table in a bar while you use the restroom. Unfortunately, these are strange times we live in. Luckily you saw the punk do it because you could very well resumed your smoking of it on the walk home and had never known he spit on it.

Just consider yourself fortunate, and, don't lite up if you plan on leaving a cigar just sitting while you shop.

Finally, spitting in a ash can is also unacceptable.
