Fellow Primates, I have been hanging around for awhile now trying to get a feel for the surroundings here in the jungle and am glad that I did. For anyone that hasnt met me yet I am 29 pushing 30 soon and live in Youngstown, OH. I wanted to share some good news with everyone. In five days I will be a married man. We are all set to get married labor day weekend. I am also in the process of buying a new home. Been a little stressed. Really no point to this thread other than I wanted to share my excitement with everyone and still just trying to get to know some people here.

Just went through the same thing in October. It's a ride for sure. Just let it all happen and do the best you can.

I did the same thing last Fall. just wait until the wedding is over. You'll feel soooo much better. I felt the weight of the world come off my shoulders as I was walking back up the aisle... Enjoy yourself and if I can give one piece of advice on the wedding day: don't drink too much. I love it more than just about everyone (so does my wife) but we both look back on the day and are really, really happy we decided not to get drunk. That's what the honeymoon is for and all your friends' weddings! Now I'll quick sounding like such a pussy and go get a beer

Congratulations ST! I'll be married a year in October. Getting married (especially the week before) can be a lot of stress even without the buying the house. I'm very lucky. I told my wife I was going to start my cigar "hobby", she said "Really? ...Cool". Good luck and God bless.
