Answered my question! Now that was easy. Coolerdor is cool, but not very aesthetic. Betcha it works like a charm, though.

Re: "Heartfelt" Beads Question

I am gonna disagree with some of you folks here. The pantyhose route (I have 2 lbs in heartfelts bags) is great for a large space, but in my 70 count I have 2 tubes, one 2 oz and one 1 oz. The 2 oz alone keeps the humidity perfect.
I use the smaller tube when travelling, just toss it into whatever your travel humi is...no fuss, no muss. If you need temp storage (quarantine) it will keep a fairly large tupperware container at the right humidity.
It is always handy to have more than you need.

Yeah.. I have had mine for a month and have not had to recharge the beads yet...

The coolerdor is definitely for storage, not the desk lol.

Can/should one use the beads with the oasis? After two months of use, I'm really not having much faith in my oasis.
I too had the same problem w/my Oasis and keeping the humidity right, so after reading most if not all the threads/posts on beads I then converted to beads and now am problem free. Oasis now collecting dust.

If you pry this little plastic container open and remove the foam you can fill a mesh bag (or pantyhose if that is your thing) with beads and place them in the credo, close it, and viola! You have a neatly packaged beads based humidification device. I did this with my first humidor back in March and couldn't be happier.

I think someone posted a more detailed version of the above some time ago but don't know where it is. might be worthwhile though as I believe there were pictures included.

Outstanding ! I like that idea.
