Cuban Crafters cust. service does well

Well Cuban Crafters customer support has done it again. They have done the unthinkable; they have responded to a simple request to honor their guarantee.
About 11 months ago, when I first started in earnest on this hobby , I pulled the trigger on a small humidor/cigar deal. CC added a small guillotine cutter which they guarantee lifetime. So, after 11 months my cutter became grungy with tars and the blades became dulled. So, I figured I would write them and ask for a replacement. Now this is not a top of the line cutter but, it does a damned fine job; it is sharp and gives a very smooth cut. I wrote them and then contacted Emilio, whom I have been in contact with on numerous ocassions for this and that. Sure enough, Emilio responded within a few days via e-mail, and about a week afterwards (today) I received a replacement cutter. I don't know why I am surprised, they have time and again been extremely dependable and stand up about their products and their customer service. I guess nowadays it seems so out of place. In any case, I wanted to give this outfit an "attaboy" in this forum because I think you all ought to know that they make some damned fine cigars, and back their products up with care and support.

These days when people live up to just the bare minimum of what they guarantee it seems amazing...Sad but true....

On the brighter side.....You got a sharp new cutter...Nice work holding them to their word and kudos to them for them being a responsible company.
