Anyone else have a celebrity sighting? Only valid if the cigar was lit, unless your name is Monica.

As related in another post, I once stood beside Tommy Cooper at a bar where we were both smoking Henri Winterman Half Corona cigars. He noticed my five pack on the bar and winked. He signed a few beer mats, but despite being very recognizeable and very well known, few people bothered him. After finishing his drink (I knew you would ask—Grant's whisky, good but a blend not a single malt) he left with his chaffeur. I graduated to Cubans, and I often wonder if TC smoked machine mades from choice, or if there was another explanation. We may never know.

This won't count but I met Rhys Millen in Houston when he was at a drift event. This was back in the day before drifting was popular and back in the day before people knew who Rhys Millen was. He was just standing next to a chain link fence watching the other drivers and no body knew who he was or bothered talking to him. He was a really nice guy and a damn good driver. Also met Mike Peters at A&M. He is also another drifter in the Formula Drift competition. Wasn't so nice. He liked to talk crap to lots of people. Also I have met 2 **** stars and got a kiss from one (on the cheek of course) and had my hands on both of their butts. lol. It was my 18th bday so they decided to do something cool for me.

Saw Kyle Gass from Tenacious D sing Karaoke (he did Don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me) on Tuesday night at the dive bar 1/2 block from my place.

I ve seen Arnold Schwarzenegger at my B&M in Potomac, MD awhile back. Bill Cosby, Shannon Sharpe, Rudy Guiliani, and assorted others have come to Holts and either bought some cigars or went to the back and lit up one and just talked. All cool experiences.

I thought i saw Carol Vorderman in the World of Cigars humidor in Frankfurt airport when i was perusing...didnt talk to her though cos i was too scared

I seen Keith Olbermann (MSNBC / ESPN) in my B&M a few months back. He was buying a wide variety of sticks in the A. Fuente line.

I was sitting out by the North Church in Portsmouth (NH) one day last June, smoking a PAM Diplimatico...and a couple in thier 30's came up and asked me for my autograph. I never found out what celebrity they thought I was, but I scribbled something on a matchbook cover anyway.

And I wouldn't go an extra step out of my way to see any celebrity.
