I had to throw away HDN Antano. There was some mold growing on it. And it was not plume. It was white, but fluffy, almost looked like cake frosting. Better safe than sorry. Everything else looks OK at least. I will watch this humidor. It is the one that I use for all the cigars I get in Bombs.
It was the cigar right next to the humidification unit. I was using those jars of gel to keep that one going. I replaced it with new jar of gel, wiped down the interior of the humidor and will watch it over the next several days. Luckily the cigar was not in contact with any others. And I did not see any growth on other cigars.

When you wiped down the interior of the humidor I hope it was with distilled water....If not your going to have a fuzz feast going on!!

Ah, mold just adds a little "flavor"... I just wipe it off and you are good to go...

I just found some mold on 2 gars in a box of 01 Upmann lonsdales, they were positioned right above my beads and only the two closest to the edge of the box by the beads had mold. I just wiped it off and the last of the two is about to die right now.
Mold is only bad if it gets in the foot of the cigar, where you cant wipe it off.
