From as early as I can remember, I have been a huge Bond fan. I have seen every Bond movie and will not miss this one because of a lack of cigars. Haveing said that, if after watching this movie I actually notice that there are no martinis, cigars, etc, it will be the last Bond movie I see. There are enough great movies already out there I can live without this PC bullsh!t and I will not support any studio that starts cutting smoking and booze to save the younger people of the nation while so much other sh!t is happening in the world.

Vices are really better termed as self indulgences. They are not detrimental to society, they rarely harm others, they are diversions for our own pleasure and yes, some of us still do things for pleasure. I go to school with many who experienced a more contemporary upbringing than myself, shielded from alcohol and tobacco use they passed their time playing video games that glorify violence and watching MTV divas demean themselves for money. They have more often than not lost any sense of honor and the sense of social responsibility (as opposed to control) that goes along with it. They lie without hesitation so long as it benefits themselves, they cheat and steal because that is what gets them ahead and all the celebrity figures they idolize not only get away with such acts but make money off of them. I think booze, cigars, and sex in movies, of all things, should be the least of our concerns. Invoke some degree of accountability, wether it is to society as a whole or oneself as an individual, and see an improvement in society or attribute everything to outside influences and hold the individual blameless while our world crumbles around us.

End of booze induced rant; yes I drink, and smoke, and any number of other things but have never wronged (injured, cheated, stolen, etc) another human being in my life.
