When I played my first college baseball game I smoked an H. Upmann Coronas Major, not the best cigar but the best I had at the time. If I get my internship at the national military park in Gettysburg I will be smoking an Opus X I bought down there or a Cohiba Robusto.

The other day I took an extremely satisfying , yet noticed that the TP was clean as a whistle.

This doesn't happen often, so I celebrated with an Anejo Shark..

Re: a proud moment that called for a cigar

When I was offered a full time position in my job. I've been working on it for over 2 years!. The sad thing is I don't remember what I smoked now. Only that I smoked 4 cigars that night, along with a drink or two. A great night!

Re: a proud moment that called for a cigar

My most memorable was the day I got my wings - had a 10yr old Monte 2 that night

Most recent was an Opus X to celebrate the end of a very long Miramar airshow, and the $18,000 of stuff we sold over those 3 days

Re: a proud moment that called for a cigar

My Dad's first birthday after recovering from kidney cancer and having one kidney removed. Wasn't sure he was going to see that Birthday. I smoked a Graycliff Expresso, and my Dad smoked his first Cuban, a '98 Partagas 898 NV....it was a great day.

November 30th is his 70th Birthday...his wife has put the kibosh on him smoking any more cigars...so I will smoke my very best cigar in his honor.

End of my first year of college. Barely made it through to that point between Katrina and haveing to spend a month back home in VA during the middle of the spring term but finally did and celebrated with a Graycliff (red band, whichever that is).

Re: a proud moment that called for a cigar

A couple months ago my Mom finally got the news from her doctors that she was cancer free. She got breast cancer in the early 90's, beat it out, then got it back again 2 years ago. When it came back, it was stage 4, and looked fairly grim. It was a miracle, but she's cancer free again. My stepdad and I each had a Cohiba Sublime.
