Tiebreaker: No deer with the bow... but you will shoot 2 telephone poles and a 1986 Malibu Classic... a blue one.

I say it looks like a cow... what did I win?? And where's the Malibu?

The Malibu was on the other side of the creek, couldn't drive it across.

you'd be pissed too if someone came into your home, with 8 of his friends, each with shotguns and bows, shot and killed 9 of YOUR friends, shot and killed you, then posted a pic of your dead body on a cigar forum..

Re: Jason's DeerHunting Contest

Very nice buck.

Interesting on the point counting difference between east and west coast.

On the west coast we don't count the eye guards or both sides of the rack (unless it is a different count on each side) In the case of your buck, we would call it a 4x5 and what we would call a 4 point you would call a 10 point (4 on each side and 2 eye guards).

Our mule deer may beat your white tails in size but they don't hold a candle to the beauty of your racks.

I would be proud to have that rack mounted between my (west coast counting) 6 point elk racks.

I like your second picture the best. The size of the neck is impressive.

Looks like you will be eating well this winter.

Enjoy
Ken

It's wasteful to shoot something and then not eat it!

Re: Jason's DeerHunting Contest

The picture isn't the best because it doesn't show one on the tines on the left side (right side if your looking at the picture) the way it curves it is hidden by the G5 tine. Its at the taxadermist today and in 60 days I'll get it messured for pope and young, Safari Club, and boone and crocket, I don't think it will score high enough for boone and crocket but it should for the other two.
