I actually like them quite a bit. They aren't the same as smoking a habanos though they do have the hint of a thought of a twang. the right price, EXCELLENT construction.

i've smoked an example of all the lines in that pic and of those my favorites are the padilla miami 8/11 lancero, the Serie JJ, and the tatuaje especiales. I can honestly say of all the ones i've smoked from this lot, i have yet to have a bad one. really like the "blue label" as well.

Hey Rutkus,

Search google for a program called Irfanview, it is free and very easy to use. I use it to resample the pictures I post down to 800x600 or 640x480 resolution.

In your sampler only the Padilla 8&11s are Pepin blends. The Padilla Habano is made by the Olivas in Nicaragua. I believe the Hybrid and Maduros are made in the Dominican Republic. All of them are good cigars but wanted you to know only the 8&11 you have there is a Pepin.

yes, i knew that, just as the lfd lanceros are not pepin blends either. haven't tried the hybrid's yet, but i'm liking those 8/11 blends, i'm trying to find some time to try that salomon sometime soon..

I like the Padilla Miami 8/11 better than the Tatuaje. I know most people like the Tat, but they're just not for me. The Tat Reserve (I don't think you have it in your collection) is pretty good though.

The 8/11's taste reminds me of Siglo VI and Avo LE 05...smooth, creamy, chocolatey.

Small sampler? Was it one of those deals where there are no payments till 2008 and interest free. About time smoke shops started extending credit to those of us that sell our plasma for sticks!!!
