Reputation System
Here's some info on the new reputation system.

What is it?: The reputation system is a way for users to rate each other within their posts. Much like the system from way back in the early days of Club Stogie Forums, you can easily gauge a users reputation amongst their peers.

What are Reputation Points?: The points that have been awarded you by other members of Club Stogie Forums. The higher your total, the better...consider it a measure of respect.

What is "Reputation Power"?: How many points you can impart on another user...positive or negative. If your "Reputation Power is 5, you can give +5 or -5 reputation points to other users.

Why are their different reputation powers?: New users start with a reputation power of zero, zilch, nada! You can see how much reputation power you have by accessing your user profile. We are looking for ways to have this show automatically.

You gain reputation power points by the following:

Every 365 days of membership = 1 reputation power point.
Every 100 posts = 1 reputation power point.
Every 150 points of reputation = 1 reputation power point.

Or lay down on the floor, hold your breath, kick your legs and scream about how nobody loves you and you'll go from 12 to 51 in one day.

Too good (909) I was tempted to take away reputation for bringing up that cigarbabe post yesterday. But I think I will add some for being a good smart@ss!!
edit, looks like I haven't given enough other people guage yet, I have to spread more guage until I can give it to you again.

I guess the kickin' and screaming worked as well, I think I can add 2 now.

Well, I went to give a deserving brother here ring guage and somehow managed to REMOVE SOME. Can you imagine the shame, after he generously sent me a large bomb? Duh..... I shouldn't before breakfast.

Uh-oh!! Must have received a beetle infestation in that BOMB!! [Just kiddin' -- was probably a nice gift.]

Done that myself a couple of times by mistake, didn't find out until the respective receivers each sent me a PM asking why. My bad and the moderatros were able to correct things.
