Yep, Holt's is in Philly along with a lot of other cigar shops.
Just Mayor Street being his usual idiotic, stupid, misinformed, corrupt and useless self. Philly has a history of some of the worst mayors in the country. Street maybe just be the worst of the bunch except for the fact that he hasn't dropped a bomb on neighborhood yet.

I cannot imagine this law being upheld.

I think Chicago actually tried to do this by banning flavored cigars. Not sure what happened to that ordinance but a year or so ago they tried too. Face it they are just gonna keep trying.
I say ban spoons and forks LONG LIVE THE SPORK.

I have a hard time believing things like this happen but sadly they do. I hope someone has the common sense to reverse this stupid law or ordinance or whatever it is.

This is sad... I know what they are trying to do, and even though I hate them, some people can't afford premium cigars, so it's necessary to buy the cheaper ones. This seems like an attack on the lower-class.
