Dominican Republic
I'm going to the Dominican Republic in January. Anyone know if there are any good local cigars? From what I've heard, the big names like Fuente are all in a trade free zone, so you can't buy them on the island (for a reasonable price). Obviously I want to smoke the whole time I'm there and didn't want to bring too many of my own. Any ideas/experiences would be appreciated!

Sam,
I've never been there, but I hear that you really can't shop & find decent cigars on the island. Their production is for export & the local cigars will be expensive, or not of a good quality. I would take some with me if I were you. Good luck!
