I have seen some many topic on Pepin I thought I would add one.

Have you Pepin whores given up on all other cigars?

Pepin makes some great cigars but pepin is all you guys talk about.

What where you smoking before you found Pepin?

I smoke a wide variety of smokes but when I want that something extra I reach for a Pepin.
Of course I also like top end Fuente's and Padron's

No way would I give up on other smokes. Any person limiting themselves to one blender/factory/island is going to miss out on the wonderful diversity of flavors black tobacco has to offer.

The first time I ever heard about Pepin Garcia and Pepin Whores was on these boards. There was one BOTL in particular who used as part of his sig an announcement that he was a Pepin Whore. He was kind of legendary and I can't for the life of me remember who it is/was. So, my curiosity was piqued and I tried to find anything I could about Pepin Garcia. I found some stuff, and got some info from guys in here. I thought at first, that they were on the expensive end and didnt bite. Later I bit, with the help of one BOTL in particular (Volfan) who sent me a few out of the blue but, also set up a special buy at CigarKing for us BOTLs and SOTLs. I believe that introduced many more of us to the pleasures of Don Pepin Garcias. I haven't looked back and, find myself always on the lookout for Pepins cigars at decent prices. Hehe, I have yet to buy a box but have a significant stash of most of Pepin's blends in my humis.
Word spreads in here, and if you take heed, you will find yourself smoking some damned fine cigars, which you might not otherwise have known about.

Nope, not at all. I still smoke many other brands and geographic regions.

Respectfully disagree. Pepin has some phenomenal blends that get even better with aging, but he is not the be all/end all of cigars. In fact, some of us are getting rather irked with how the Pepin name is being thrown on so many cigar lines nowadays.

Everything and anything. Still smoking them today, although the Tatuaje blends occupy 2 of my top 5 slots and some coolerdor real estate.

I don't appreciate being called a whore. As an apology I will accept nothing less than a sample of the finest Pepin blend money can buy sent to my home.

I was smoking everything on a quest to find only the best (best for my tastebuds). I really like the Pepin 'twang' that I taste. Best so far for me is the Padilla Miami 8/11. Pepin JJ's are aging now, and I like them as well. I like Fuente Hemingways and Don Carlos. I've tried some Cubans, but I didn't inhale and I didn't like them. NOT. I reach for Pepins when I want that flavor profile. Just like a 'mood' or a 'feeling', ie, "I feel like a Pepin".
I too am worried that his name is being plastered all over the place. Might dilute or hurt the quality. I hope it doesn't. There was a sampler put together for us here and it was awesome. Do a search.
