I used to be a member when I first started smoking. I cancelled my membership. I recently ordered some Havana Honeys Cigarillos for my brother in law from them. They called me wanted me to rejoin their club. I said "no thanks, I don't smoke cigars anymore, this was a gift order."
Thompson's sucks...especially their inflated prices.

I'm new here. Came along after Greg's intro. I read the thread.
I think it's damn cool, and a bit courageous, he's decided to hang out. As for comments regarding their marketing. I don't think Thompson's has a problem with that. I don't know how many cigars they sell. But I'd guess it is astronomical. They're going after a segment of the marketplace they have pegged. Just like JR. I don't buy from Thompson's or JR. But a lot of people do. |

Gotta say... I'm a fan of Thompson. Got a great humidor from them that I love. They have some quality inexpensive handmades... don't understand why anybody would hate on them... makes you sound like a cigar snob. Not too many of those in the jungle, or so I've been told.
Not saying they are all my favorite smokes, but I have paid a lot more for smokes I didn't like as well. Just my
