You only live once so I think they are a must try. The 40th was good, but I still perfer the standard 26 #35 Maduro; however, I just have to
I don't think that's correct -- though I'd be glad to be wrong, I don't expect to see them until September/October... with a showing at RTDA of course.

Price? I believe about $30 a pop.

Moki, have you seen any yet? I would love to pay only $30 bones. I am just going on what I have read and spoke to people about.

Thanks all! I too am a fan of Padron. I've liked the couple 40th Anniversary that I've tried, but as regular purchases I stay with 64 and 26. The bar is set quite high for the 80th....interested to see if will reach.

Now, I have only ever had regular Padron Maduro's (a couple anyways) and I think they are great smokes for the price, but I can't even imagine how it goes from a great $5 stick to a stick so many of you are discussing paying $50 per, and that being MSRP? Wtf am I missing here?

I told everyone I think Paris Hilton is hot! She would buy me those I'll bet! Well, if she was into 40 year old men that smoke cigars she would...I'll bet.

I'll bet you are missing a Sugar Momma like the rest of us...I'll bet.

Re: Padron Anniversario 80th?

Jorge Padron had a few of these to hand out when he came through DFW a few months ago. Only a select few got the try them out. (One guy had a plug in his. Jorge went up, checked it out, snapped it in two and handed the guy another 80 Anniversario!!!) I did ask when the sticks would be released to the general public and he indicated that it would be after RTDA, so start looking after next weekend!
