Ever smoked 2 in a row?

I have never smoked two cigars back to back but I have smoked them a couple hours apart. I ask because I am about to finish a CAO Black and it is so good that having another one that is fuller bodied just sounds great.

Re: Ever smoked 2 in a row?

I just smoked 3 cigars back-to-back-to-back today. Started with a Padron '64, then a house-brand (which was actually very good), then a Montecristo No. 1.

2...3 whatever the mood calls for. I appreciate that you have the time and mental state to enjoy multiple cigars.

Now that's a good night!

I personally like how the second one tastes SO different than just if it were a stand-along smoke. I like to experiment when I have the time. Great flavors are brought out...different flavors...

I'll second that. I decided on a 5 Vegas "A" and it's great!

Re: Ever smoked 2 in a row?

I think I smoked 17 straight at the last Shack Herf on Saturday, resting only to eat about 60 perch filets.

Re: Ever smoked 2 in a row?

I totally agree... the balance of flavors in one cigar is totally different from another... so what's a better way to see what you like better than smokin' 'em back-to-back?!?!?!

Re: Ever smoked 2 in a row?

Yes, the 5 Vegas "A" is a great cigar. Before starting my first smoke I went out for drinks and a steak dinner. I have never smoked after a meal like that before. It seems to really mellow the smoke. I had to put down the Knobb Creek though, or work could be kind of a pain in the morning. I'm not used to the woman and child being gone. I am going to miss the hell out of them but having the house to myself like this is great.

Smoked- Enjoy the time alone.
I'll admit to smoking 3 in a row and a max of 5 in 1 day. The company shared was quite good that night and we all had nothing pressing- quite memorable.

Re: Ever smoked 2 in a row?

Genreally speaking..no.

With the freaking amazing weather we've been having I wont be suprised if I smoke 4 this Saturday.

I'll start with a Casa Torano, then a RYJ Petit Princess, then a Padron Mad2k...then a PAM 64 Monarca...lmao..Saturday is a long way away. If it's an incredible day I'll end with a Padron Serie 1926#6 or dig out my last Cohiba Siglo III!
