CAO Extreme
Well I havent really been able to find anything about this cigar anywhere, and from the name of it it sounds like something that would pack a lot of punch. Just wondering if anyone has tried it so I know if I should take the time to search around for one or not?

Re: CAO Extreme
CAO eXtreme Anni's? If that's the one you're asking about, they're not too strong in the nicotine department, flavor wise is about mild-medium.
pm me if you're interested in trying some. |

Re: CAO Extreme
It is a very smooth blend, but has body & power. I think the smoothness has fooled Even Steven into thinking this cigar is mild.
The eXtreme is perhaps one of the top two cigars produced by the Ozgeners......JMHO of course. The wrapper is Ecuador Sumatra. The binder & filler is Nicaraguan w/2 different ligeros. An excellent smoke! ![]()

Re: CAO Extreme
This was the first CAO that would have been a great $5 cigar, but instead they went for $8. Soon to be followed by the cx2, sopranos, crillio, vision, and anni golds.

Re: CAO Extreme
I believe I recall reading that this is one (only?) of the cigars not produced by CAO and is farmed out to I believe the Oliva family but I could be wrong on some of the details

Re: CAO Extreme
I really like this cigar.
Construction is pefect with super tight ash The flavor profile is rich coffee like with some really nice undertones and the cigar has much balance. I have smoked a few boxes of them and still like them. For me this is a top tier premium cigar that better than most and thats including CC's at the same price point. THis is my favorite CAO line. |

Re: CAO Extreme
I remember getting a box of these when they came out. Back then they would donate some money to a 9/11 fund and the boxes came with an american flag sticker on top. This was probably early 2002. Anyway, I remember at that time thinking these were very strong. But I had one yesterday that I got in trade and it was on the medium side at best. Still a great cigar.. just not up there in strength with some others.
