Like some of my other BOTL's, I like to have a med to full stick for breakfast. Today, for example, I had a La Perla Habana Maddie for "breakfast." I fired it up about 10am and am just finishing it up as I type. I like to end my day on a sum-what milder smoke like an Upmann or CX2.

I'm going to add Cabaugain(sp?) I think it's perfectly suited for a morning smoke... The only downside is the price.

My current morning faves are Casa Torano and CAO Gold. Both mild smokes, but with lots of flavor.

I had a Siglo I this morning - I can recommend this one for a morning smoke. Tasty, not strong, smooth and excellent with some fresh roasted coffee.

Choix Supreme is a very good morning cigar also a fonseca delicias is very good in the morning as well. Those two get my vote but I can smoke any type of strength in the morning.

I have found that if a cigar is too mild it cannot overcome the crappy taste of sleep in my mouth in the morning. It ends up tasting like nasal passages (sorry for the vivid description).

5 Vegas classic has worked well for me. It has a bit of sweetness to it that works well in the morning, but it is not too mild. Goes well with some coffee.

I love the casa torano too but I save that for after some breakfast to clean my palate.

After reading all this i have determined that i really wish i liked the taste of coffee or hot tea, because by the sounds of it thats what makes the morning smoke that much better
