The box of 55's was $190 ($202 with sales tax). I think this is an amazing price considering that the tobacco tax in NJ is something like 30% of retail.

Even cooler was the box of Sharks hiding underneath it for $145. Those I am going to age as long as I can keep my grubby little paws offf 'em. I kept 2 of the 55's to keep my longing at bay, as I have never tried any of the Anejos.

That is an amazing price for the Sharks. If that shop ever gets in any more BUY BUY BUY!

Nope. I'm keeping the sharks. .

And if I did sell them, I wouldn't do it for profit. I have a strong aversion to marking something up just because I had access and you didn't. I understand why its valid and acceptable, but I choose to refrain from making money on something I put no work, time, or expense into.

If I change my mind, I'll let you know. And if anything else comes in I will definitely post it here... but it'll probably be next season. They do have hemingway and Don Carlos stuff, but not really any better than online prices.

Y'know, its funny - Don Jefe was trying to get me to slip the Anejo bands on some dog rockets to send you so he could have yours. I think the quote was "just put some crappy seconds in the cello with the Anejo bands on 'em. Matt won't know the difference - he smokes cheapos."

On a serious note cost from Fuente is just about $100. These cats are barely turning a profit. My kind of smoke shop.

most true BOTLs won't sell for a profit and I consider you to be one. The $200 offer was a total joke. If you were the type of person to sell them you could get $500 out of them easily. Check out this retailer who has the singles for $35 and boxes for $570. Last time they had Sharks on cbid they went for $150/5

Damned straight!! I tried to get the whole box, but I am glad some other BOTL are getting to try some as well. Even if they are just Rosa Cuba maduro torps with Anejo bands.

BTW, these should be ready to smoke now. No need to age them unless you simply want to age them.
