Do Any Canadians Subsribe to European Cigar Cult Journal

If so, how did you go about getting a subscription?

I've e-mailed the contact listed on their webpage but still haven't received a response (it's been a couple weeks now).

I looked at it - however I did some rough math and I believe it is cheaper to buy it from cigarmony at the current US to CDN exchange rate then it is to get a subscription

They say Subscription Rate Overseas - 1 year (4 issues) EURO 43,60 or 61.92 CDN (15.48 per issue)

Cigarmony $ 5.95 USD per issue or 6.35 CDN per issue.

Now this assumes we would be considered overseas and would not be included in the US rates. If we were consider at the same rate as US it is 27.50 USD or 6.87 and issue and cigarmony is still slightly less however you have to look at cigarmony will have to add shipping on to your cost but the UPSIDE is you can also get some sweet cigar accessories with every issue when you order.

This is the route I am going - the only question I have is Mark (cigarmony) going to have access to every issue?

That was what I was wondering about as well. It seems unreasonable at that amount, but I wonder if perhaps they would consider us under the US pricing.

Im also wondering if we could set up an automatic mailout rather than having to remember 4 times a year to place an order.

Mark, if you're reading this, could you get us some pricing on a year's subscription (perhaps with shipping incl.)

Wow, that is a HUGE difference!

I will be receiving every issue, so if it works out better for you to do a subscription of sorts by placing orders through the site, then great!

The auto mailout is a great idea but like someone mentioned, it's easier to order through the site in case you need something else and want to save on shipping by combining items. The magazine is JUST heavy enough to bump it into the next shipping rate which sucks.

Here in Ontario, Chapters book stores carries the magazine. Not sure if you have Chapters out there or not.

I have talked to employees of Chapters here in Calgary and apparently not all stores carry the same stock in mag's. I guess each store places somewhat different orders.

Which I guess kinda makes sense as certain magazines sell better in different area's.

I have checked a few shops in Downtown Calgary that carry what seems like every mag in the world but they still didn't have ECCJ

I did get one once from Mark and it was a cool read.

I talked to the editor of the ECCJ and he said that the Canadian subscription price is 60.69 CAD
