I could probably live with those 3 NC's. If you add CC's (although I've never had any) I guess I would say:

Monte #2 (Smooth and mild)
Siglo VI (After a huge meal of coconuts and before a nap)
Rass (for a spicier stick)

Then if I had to round out the 10:
