personally, i won't be ordering from them, again. it was a fiasco dealing with them to get my hygrometers. they said they were having issues with their email server or something like that. not sure i buy it. in any case, after making phone calls and sending numerous emails, i finally got what i wanted.

one of women who works for BH has an account here. that's actually how i started to resolve my woes....i PM'd her and she responded!

so, buyer beware.

it sounds like most people receive their orders on time if the item is instock and later if it's backordered but the consensus is that they are horrible at communication...

does anyone know how i can get in touch with the female fellow clubstogie member who works for bargainhumidors?
