N00b, first post, so take it easy uh?
 Has anyone dealt w/ back order from tnt? I ordered padron 2000 maduro last night as tnt had the best price from what I found, but they were on back order. I'm wondering how long (on average) it will take for them to get my box shipped out. Thanks, CS. |

It all depends on the supplier... I would call them to see if they have an estimate of when it will arrive.

I too would call TNT for an estimated ship time for your order. Your credit card shouldn't be billed until the order ships but some companies (I don't know if TNT is one of them) bill before shipping. Personally I won't allow that, so I would check on billing as well.

I didn't even think about the billing before shipping. Thanks for that note. Won't have any problems checking on that, and I'll go a head and call now (on lunch break!). Thanks guys

You can call for a ship date, but the fact of the matter is, they'll get them when they get them.
Sources like TNT, who have great prices on great product, tend to have occasional BO's. |

I have dealth with TNT many times and have always been happy with their customer service and great prices.
I would give them a call and find out over the phone. I have had Padron 2000's on backorder with them also. It took about a week longer to get them but it was still a pleasure to deal with them... I wouldn't really worry about it taking to long but as most have already said, give them a call and find out.  |

i recently emailed them about the 3000s and got a quick reply saying they are expecting it around mid august.
