Re: Green spots on cigar
I see green spots frequently and even though I have very few of the forbidden ones (maybe 50 or so) they seem to have on average more green spots than the NCs.

Re: Green spots on cigar
Its all good, if u would have searched for green spots you would have found numerous threads on the subject. But like I said dont take offense to what I said, just use the search function for any questions before posting. The reason I bring this up is because numerous threads containing the same questions only take up more space. No biggie, but there is alot to be found with search. Glad you didnt take anything to heart as some guys do and look forward to seeing u more on the board.

Looks scary though ![]()

Re: Green spots on cigar
As another note - those green spots are a lot more common than most of you think. I have a habit of cutting open cigars and run across it all the time in the fillers and binders. Matters not Cuban or Non-Cuban.
I also don't think it's just "water spots" - I think it's more just the way the leaf cured - insufficient air flow, low heat, etc etc - I mean remember that the leaf was green to start with. Ron |
