I think I've become a regular
So I've been going to a certain B&m by me for the past couple of weeks/months usually on friday around noonish. Last week I helped the owner unbox some of his latest shipment of camacho triple maburo's and generally just talk it up with him. Well today I came in and asked if he'd got anything new in as I was jonsing for a JFR robusto, unfortunatly he said they were still on backorder. He then reached onto the top shelf of the walk-in and dusted off a box of Nording Toro's and presented me with one, he told me it had been sitting there for ~2 years. I was very greatful and lit it up in their lounge, it was indeed a excellent smoke as the typical bite I remember these having had subsided significantly and it was a great smoke. I went back in before I left to grab a VSG as its been a while for me and the ashton's and he asks me if I'd be interested in reviewing a blind test of some new private labels they are trying out. The private label's are roughly 6x52 one with either a natural or cammy wrapper and another with a darker maduro wrapper. He instructed me to take some notes and let him know what I thought. It was definently a first for me, and a very awesome experience. Needless to say I'll bring him something special next time I'm in there

Wow, you're in for a treat.
The more you know a B&M like that the better. Guys like that will stash away REALLY nice cigars and you will be able to taste them. I don't go to my B&M enough to have the guys know me by name yet. I'd be honored if they asked me to taste test for them. LUCKY YOU!!

Its always good to patronize your local B&M.
They will remember it and always take care of you. Seems like you found a nice place. Just keep going there and he will take care of you for sure.

awesome man! The house I'm moving to w/ my best friend has a B&M about a block away so hopefully I can become a regular there like you are at your local one
