I've had a TERRIBLE time with thompsons. I placed an order on July 30th and selected 3-4 business day shipping. I still do not have my cigars. Their customer service SUCKS. BUYER BEWARE

You could always just send a check for those Paso Doble...cigars. You might have to wait for them but at least you were only out 45 dollars! I heard they are pretty tasty....How's that for SAGE advice??
Doesn't the the Pheonix have a 90-91 rating? Is that a samwich rolled machine made cigar or is it hand rolled? Does anybody know if their Customer service has gotten better??
