Ordered a new Dual Exhaust for my car today

Just ordered my KappaSphere KS2 exhaust for my 2008 2.4L Solstice. Had to order a rear valence to accept the dual exhaust as well.

My new Redskins WindRestrictor and new exhasut should both be here Friday. I am taking the day off on Friday to paint my calipers, install the exhaust and windrestrictor. My birthday is Saturday so this will make a great present.

Hopefully in a few weeks I will have my new Cold Air Intake as well.!!!

You should hopefully loose low end power, but gain it in top end.

Nice, can't wait to see the souped up car.

I remember when I was still into car mods. Cold Air Intake, Cat-back exhaust, headers, suspension kits, anti-sway bars, brake kits. These mods are endless and could get pricey real quick. It was fun though.

Should get about 10 more HP with the exhaust and about 5-8HP with a new CAI.

Will not void the warranty except of course the warranty on the stock exhaust that came with the car.

That is definitely the right answer.
Just remember they will try to link everything to that if they can somehow, even drivetrain issues that may arise.

I will just have to point them to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Seriously, I have already talked to my local service manager and there is no problem with installing a exhaust or cai.

The guy I work with has a 2003 Viper. 10 Cyl, 510HP. That thing is fast.

I found a turbo kit for the Solstice that will bring me up to 465HP but it costs about 5G's. I will have to pass on that.

Wow, 5G is incredibly cheap for that much gain. Will the stock transmision and differential hold that much power reliably?
A basic turbo kit for the S2000 costs about 7G and only nets about 350-400 at the wheels. You'd have to spend 10-12G to get that much hp out of the S2K.

Other than HP will there be a sound difference. A before and after audio clip?
