Re: Favorite Song from 5th grade
Hmmm I wasn't cool in 5th grade, and my mom hadn't much money to buy me good music, so I usually got music out of the $1 bins at payless. SOme of my faves:
-The entire Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Coming Out of There Shells" rock album. I still have this tape, and I still love it. It was originally a part of a pizza hut special featuring the turtles, as they toured across america rockin stages and thumping the foot. -I had a tape called "MegaForce" that I loved. This was pure 80's rock at it's cheesiest. I haven't been able to find the cd online when I have looked. It may have been the soundtrack to the 80's film with the same name. -My mom did acquire a few pop tapes and therefore I did get into some MC Hammer (please hammer don't hurt'em), Madonna (the DIck Tracey Album "I'm Breathless"), and George Michael (I loved "Faith"). -I also listened to allot of music from video games I recorded with a taope recorder. My favorite nintendo soundtracks included Duck Tales, Maniac Mansion, and Aero the Acrobat. Now I'm getting all nostalgic. -eef |
