All right, I'll bite - AGAIN. On what, exactly, are you basing your ever-so-erudite assessment of these unnamed elmer-fudd PhD's?

Forgive me for saying so, but it seems ever so slightly as though you may jsut be upset that you cannot smoke wherever you want, and are hunting desperately for someone to blame. Now, i suppose i could be wrong, and you are instead a frustrated ecological doctorate student who is letting off steam so as to avoid the path of Ted Kaczynski, but what exactly am I supposed to get up in arms about regarding this abstract on climatological shifts and food production?

....you seem to be in a quandry...., I was merely presenting a topic--bringing to light a glaring inconsistancy in the global warming issue and relating it to junk science..., the same junk science mind-set that affects where cigar smokers (this is a cigar board) can pursue their pleasure...., say what you want...., think what you want.... your are not necessarily suppose to get up in arms about anything...., what ever you choose to get up in arms about is your decision...., if you are not intigued by this topic, so be it...

Junk science is all based on statistics (and junky ones at that)

Statistics are like prositutes... once they are paid for you can get them do do anything you want.

My point since you seem to have missed it is: in order for the "environmental wackos" to be the same, you'd have to show me a second article by the same author as the cooling article, now saying there is global warming.
Without such an article, and without more "cooling" articles, the single article you point out is just an anomaly, and has nothing to do with global warming.

Incidentally, "junk science" is not some well studied field of thought, it's just a term that conservatives use when they don't want to agree with science. People sometimes call evolution "junk science", which is even more laughable.
