Hi, I most likly will travel to Germeny and will stay in Frankfurt for one week end. I don't know how much time I will have if any at all, to go around shopping. Dose the Airport have good Cigars or its not worth going there?

I will find out where in Frankfurt I'll be staying so I can let you know, maybe if its a short walk I will have time to look around./
Some one is going to pick us up and we will travel to Hanover on sat night or Sunday.

This will be in two weeks

There is a small tobacco store directly across from a great brewpub if I recall correctly. Last time I was there, I picked up some cigars, walked across to the brewery, and had a great time during my five hour layover.

Edit: I think I may have been remembering Airbrau in the Munich airport. Sorry. I tend to get drunk in German airports.

You can be forgiven for that weakness Croatan. Except for their penchant to add fruit juice to beer, there is nothing that beats a good German beer. Marzen is my favorite.

We were there in June, but only in Frankfurt long enough to catch our plane out. Lots of good places in Munich and KOLN though. Have fun, we had a great time and the Beer is awesome.

It's not a real vaccation its a planned trip and can not cruise around where I want.

I go to Germany about 4 times a year (Hamburg specifically). What a great place. In some ways they're still more civil than us; for now atleast. You can buy Habano and not worry about them being counterfits (mexico) or have them taxed 200% (canada). You can have a fantastic meal in a nice restaurant, drink some of the best beer in the world and enjoy a nice relaxing smoke at your table and not even get so much as a glare from the person next to you.

there is going to be a duty free shop in the airport, but i do not think they sell singles, nor do they take very good care of them. it will mostly consist of cohibas and Monte's... slightly overpriced.

if you're going to be staying the night, some of the local guesthouses will have a humidor in their restaurant, but you will pay nearly double what a zigarren shop will charge (and limited selection as well). still, after a great german meal, the best bier in the world (get a hefe weizen, or drei of them), a tiny machine made tubo h. upmann will be icing on the cake.

when you coming?? Frankfurt is 2 hours by train and for 29 euros I might beable to meet you for a drink and a smoke??

Drop a couple lemons in your Hefeweizen and see what happens.

Warsteiner is real good. In Hamburg we usually get Holsten, whether you want or not. One time I was there when the must have recently launched Becks Gold. Damn good beer. We ran a hotel bar dry one night.

I think its funny as hell the Germans have never seen St Pauli Girl domestically. They say its just just relabeled Becks for the Americans because it has a hot chick with Biggins'...Yeah, so???

Anyway, origional question was about B&M in the frankfurt airport wasn't it. There are so many B&M's in Hamburg I never even noticed what's in the frankfurt airport.
