Don't forget about the baby! I was just involved in a hit and run but I got all the info on the car. My elderly mother and my 5 week old were in the car so it is very hard to tell if they are fine or not, what if something develops later with the child? My insurance company USSA is handling it all but I do trust there lawyers and I will be doing all I can with them to get all that I can. I might speak to a Lawyer after seeing this thread though.
