2 months. I just started my baby (1987 Mitsubishi Starion) for the first time since late August. A new tranny, clutch, flywheel, driver side cv axle, new hydraulic lifters, 2.5" mandrel bent turbo-back exhaust with a Dynomax Ultra-flo Welded muffler. Sounded amazing, drove amazing. I couldn't be happier! And now to pick the celebratory smoke... I'm thinking that LFD L500 Cabinet I got from Avo looks pretty good...

It's certainly not reliable enough to be considered a good daily driver for most people, but when she runs good, it's worth every penny, and every drop of sweat.

Yeah, that's almost as bad as spending tons of money on something that will end up as a pile of ashes

Wow.. you just brought back some memories of my 88 ESI-R in Palermo Gray. That was one fun car.

Got any picks of yours?

I've got the peeling purple tint out of the windows since these were taken, but here you go.

Needs paint. Bad... That's next summer's project. I'm thinking of a pearl stormcloud/graphite/dark gunmetal gray.

So much for that... I walked out of the dealership today with the title to a 2002 6-speed LS1 Firebird. Won't be buying any cigars in quite a while, but somehow, I think this might be worth it...
